Poor cycle lane alignment is exacerbated by the narrowness of the lane. It is not practically possible for a cyclist to follow the markings and stay within the lane here. Moreover vehicles tend to clip across the corner.

The cycle / vehicle dividing line should follow the centre of the road, not the kerb.
